About the Journal
IDARIA: Journal of Islamic Educational Management is a scholarly journal managed by the Islamic Educational Management Study Program (MPI) at STIT Babussalam, Southeast Aceh. This journal focuses on publishing research findings, conceptual reviews, and critical thought in the fields of Islamic educational management, educational leadership, educational policy, curriculum development, and the quality of educational institutions. As an academic platform, IDARIA is present to bridge scientific dialogue among lecturers, researchers, students, practitioners, and educational observers, both nationally and internationally.
